Jason has extensive experience in Personal Injury and Motor Vehicle Compensation Claims along with Criminal Law. Jason commenced his legal career with Caldicott & Co. in 2000.
He was admitted to practice law in February 2001 and gained extensive experience and knowledge practicing in the fields of criminal law and all types of personal injury law including motor vehicle accidents, public liability and victim of crime claims.
Jason developed his career under the guidance of Craig Caldicott where he utilized his skills and experience to represent defendants at all levels of the criminal law. He developed his advocacy skills, appearing in bail applications, guilty pleas and trials in all levels of state jurisdictions.
In 2009 Jason then moved to a niche personal injury law firm where he developed a specialty in acting for plaintiffs in major motor vehicle accident claims and occupier liability claims. During this time he also maintained his interest in the criminal law where he kept up to date with legal developments and continued to represent defendants charged withboth summary and major indictable offences.
Jason will now continue to specialize in criminal law, personal injury and motor vehicle accident law at all levels.
