Solicitors - Matthew Kelly

Matthew has been employed at Caldicott & Co since July 2007, specialising in conveyancing and deceased estate administration.

Before working with Caldicott & Co, Matthew started his career as a Conveyancing Clerk, commencing in January 2005, with a large South Australian conveyancing firm.

During this period, Matthew has successfully obtained a Certificate IV in Conveyancing, and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing). He has been a Paralegal Member of the Law Society of South Australia since March 2008.

Matthew has conducted a number of land divisions, mortgages, leases and residential and commercial conveyancing during his time at Caldicott & Co, and also attends to the daily administration of probate and general estate administration files.

Matthew's friendly nature, experience and enthusiasm to assist clients with their needs, makes him an approachable and professional member of our team.
