Casey has been in the employ of Caldicott & Co for a period of 10 years after completing his Law & Behavioural Science Degree at Flinders University. He currently holds the position of Senior Associate.

During the time he has appeared in all jurisdictions including the Magistrate Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Australian Crime Commission and Federal Court. His areas of expertise are criminal defence and civil litigation including Criminal Asset Confiscation and Victims of Crime.

Casey has substantial knowledge of all criminal matters including traffic and drug charges, fraud and murder. Such knowledge has enabled him to achieve the best results for his clients whether it be by way of withdrawal of charges; negotiate guilty plea; bail application; jury trial; legal or cost argument or appeal.

His longevity as an employee enables him to not only provide legal advice but also advise clients on the cost associated with defending a matter ensuring the client is always fully informed.

Casey is also experienced in the area of civil litigation, conducting claims in all courts and jurisdictions.
